having trouble with the media files? The most common problem is for users of Windows Media Player who also have Itunes installed. The symptom appears as either of the following:

1. You click the link and NOTHING happens

2. You click the link and instead of playing the file, Windows asks if you want to OPEN or SAVE the files.

To correct this and get the media to stream, first open Windows Media Player. Then, on the menu bar open FILES; TOOLS; OPTIONS. (if you don't see the FILE menu, you may have to press a RIGHT MOUSE CLICK on the top line of your Windows Media Player Window to open the menu)

Select the tab that says FILE TYPES and make sure tat MP3 has a check mark in the box on the left. Click OK, close Windows Media Player and try the lnk again.

Unfortunately, this seems to be something that happens every time you open Itunes. So you'll have to do this repeatedly. We are looking for a way to fix it from our side but we haven't found it yet.
